Our Rock Body Boot Camp uses our uniquely designed "Power Surge" 30 Minute Work Outs that use both Interval Training and Active Rest Training to achieve better results than work outs that take twice the time.
Our Boot Camps are not only fun but they get the job done. You will be kept interested with different work outs that change each time you are here. We also achieve better results because our training confuses the muscles with varying demands from exercise to exercise.
